Christmas Delivery
When do I need to order by for Christmas Delivery?
**Our recommended order by date with Free contiguous US delivery is Tuesday December 17th. Placing your order by this date should safely get your order to you by Christmas (although this is not guaranteed).

Do you offer Gift Wrapping or Gift Notes?
Gift Wrapping: While we don’t currently offer gift wrapping due to our custom packaging, we ensure your order is securely and neatly packed for shipping.
Gift Notes: Yes, we’re happy to include a personalized gift note! Just leave your message in the "Notes" section at checkout, and we’ll include it on a lovely card with your order.
Do your packages include your company name or invoices?
No, we make sure not to spoil any surprises! Our packaging is discreet, with no company name or logo, and we don’t include any pricing or invoices inside the box. Perfect for sending gifts directly to your loved ones!
Do you sell Gift Cards?
Yes, we do! Our gift cards are delivered instantly via email, making them a quick and thoughtful gift. Let your loved ones choose their perfect map with the gift of choice this holiday season.
Shipping & Processing
When will my order arrive?
Our current processing time for most orders is 2-4 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location relative to our office in Denver, Colorado.
Certain products require proof approval before we can process your order. To avoid delays, please keep an eye on your email, as processing begins only after you’ve approved the proof. Proofs are typically sent within 1 business day of placing your order.
*Please Note: During the busy holiday season, carriers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS may experience delays. We appreciate your understanding if your order takes a few extra days to arrive.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping options are available for an additional fee during checkout. However, please note that selecting express shipping does not shorten the processing time for your order.
Please note: During the holiday season, express shipping may experience minor delays. Carriers such as FedEx and UPS do not guarantee overnight or 2-day delivery through the end of the year. As a result, we cannot guarantee expedited delivery times or issue refunds for shipping fees if packages arrive 1–2 days later than expected. We appreciate your understanding.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most international destinations for an additional shipping fee. To get a quote, add an item to your cart and use the “Estimate Shipping Rates” calculator at the bottom of the shopping cart to view available options and pricing. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to APO/FPO addresses for an additional shipping fee. However, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, as FedEx and UPS do not deliver to them. Please provide a physical address at checkout.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept major credit cards as well as PayPal and Shop Pay Installments.
Buy now, pay later with Shop Pay Installments
When you choose Shop Pay at checkout, you can split your purchase into flexible installment payments.
How it works
1. Add items to your cart.
2. Check out with Shop Pay.
3. Choose the option to pay in installments.
Your first payment is due at checkout. The remaining payments are automatically charged to your card saved on Shop Pay based on the payment plan you chose. Don't worry, you'll get an email reminder before each payment to remind you.
How does Shop Pay Installments Work?
When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into four equal, biweekly installment payments with 0% APR, or monthly installments with no hidden or late fees*.

Returns
What is your return policy?
You may return new, unpinned, non-personalized maps and other non-personalized products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Orders placed in November and December have 60 days to initiate a return.

What if my item arrived damaged?
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, we’ll send you a replacement as quickly as possible. Please take a photo of the damage and email it to us at [email protected] so we can assist you right away. The photo will also help us file a claim with the shipping provider. Please hold onto the damaged item and packaging until we provide further instructions.
What if I never received my order?
If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
In the meantime, you can also check the tracking number on the carrier’s website to view a proof of delivery photo. Sometimes the package may be with a neighbor, and the photo can help you identify the correct doorstep. You can also "report missing package" with the carrier through the tracking page.
Personalization
What Personalization options are available?
Personalization is FREE on maps and travel decor! Most Push Pin Travel Maps can be personalized with your name, family name, business name or logo, pin legend or even a favorite quote.
Paper Maps: Personalized with a metal plaque that can hold up to 3 lines of centered text, with 25 characters per line. If your text is slightly longer, contact us, and we’ll see if we can accommodate your request.
Canvas Maps: Personalized directly on the map by choosing from one of our 9 unique templates.
Please note: Personalized maps may not be returned or exchanged. Double-check all spelling and capitalization, as the personalization you enter at checkout will be exactly what appears on your map. Need inspiration? Visit our Personalization Ideas page for some unique ideas!
Will my order require proof approval?
For most of our maps, you’ll be able to review and approve your proof during the ordering process. Please ensure you carefully check your proof before clicking the "I approve my proof" checkbox and adding the map to your cart.
For certain products, proof approval is required before we can process your order. To avoid delays, be sure to keep an eye on your email (and spam folder), as processing will begin only after you approve the proof. Typically, proofs are sent within 1 business day of your order and will come from this email address: [email protected]
What is a Pin Legend? Will my map include a legend?
A pin legend helps designate what each pin color represents on your map. It can be added to your Canvas Map as part of your personalization. Pin legends are available with all 9 of our canvas personalization templates, and you can customize yours to say whatever you like. You can include 2 to 6 items in the legend.
Once you receive your map, simply assign a color to each legend item and use those colors to pin your map accordingly. If you include more than 3 legend items, we recommend purchasing additional pin colors, as your map comes with red, white, and black pins. See our Personalization Guidelines page for more info & examples of pin legends.
Note: Our Paper Maps do not include a pin legend, but some customers choose to add a legend to their personalized plaque. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us!

How many & what color push pins come with my map?
All of our maps and bucket lists come with a set of 150 push pins in a mix of red, white, and black to mark your travels.
Where can I order additional push pins?
Great news! We offer pin options galore to help you personalize your map!
- Red, White & Black - Order extra sets of red, white, and black push pins in packs of 150 here.
- Additional Colors - Choose from 14 single-color push pins available in packs of 50 here.

Are your maps made in the USA?
All of our Push Pin Travel Maps are proudly made in the USA — near Denver, Colorado, to be exact!
What are your maps printed on?
Our maps are available on two materials: high-quality paper and premium cotton canvas. They make fantastic gifts for any occasion but are especially perfect for milestone anniversaries — 1st (Paper), 2nd (Cotton), or 5th (Wood, due to the frame).
What is the difference between your Canvas & Paper Maps?
The main differences are the available personalization options and map finishes:
- Paper Maps: Personalized with a metal plaque affixed to the map. Maps have a smooth finish and are mounted on foamcore board to hold pins securely.
- Canvas Maps: Personalization is printed directly onto the map using one of our 9 unique templates. Canvas maps have a textured look and feel and are also mounted to foamcore board to hold your pins in place.
Both options are made with high-quality materials and are designed to last a lifetime. Choosing between them comes down to budget and personal preference!
What comes with my map?
Every Push Pin Travel Map (excluding posters) arrives ready to hang and includes:

- The appropriate hanging hardware
- Free personalization to make your map uniquely yours

What frame options are available?
We offer a variety of frame choices to suit your personal taste & décor:

- Premium Frames: 6 high-end options (available exclusively with our canvas maps)
- Float Mount Frames: 3 sleek options designed for our gallery-wrapped maps

Are your maps laminated? Do they have glass on the front?
Our maps are not laminated, as we find that a glossy finish can make them harder to read and pin. Instead, they are printed on high-quality paper or premium canvas.
None of our maps have a glass covering, as this would interfere with your ability to pin them.
Can I purchase an unframed map?
Yes! We offer unframed Canvas Posters in four sizes. These maps are shipped rolled in a tube and come with 150 push pins and free personalization, which is printed directly on the map itself.
Because they are shipped rolled, our canvas posters are available in larger sizes than our ready-to-hang maps. The available sizes are:
24" x 36", 30" x 45", 36" x 54" & 44" x 66"
Upon receiving your map poster, you could choose to have it professionally dry mounted and framed at a store such as Hobby Lobby or Michaels.
Do your world maps show U.S. State boarders?
Yes, all of our world maps display the outlines of all 50 U.S. states (with the exception of our hand-drawn black and white map). However, not all world maps label each U.S. state. Each map listing includes a close-up image of the U.S. portion to help you assess the level of detail, including whether the states are labeled.
If you have specific questions about which maps include all states labeled, feel free to contact us.
Do you make custom maps?
At this time, we do not offer custom maps, including city maps or area-specific maps.
