Washington, DC is home to the finest historical and cultural landmarks in America. For history buffs and tourists, there’s just so much to do in America’s capital city. For newcomers, it can be a little daunting. So let us help you out!


We are going to help you experience one of the best cities in USA, the way it’s meant to be.

 

Day 1 – The Jefferson Memorial

Named after the third president of the USA, Thomas Jefferson, the Jefferson Memorial is an architectural splendor that has more in common in Roman design. You can see a larger than life statue of Jefferson here.


Fun fact, if you notice, he is pointing towards the White House. Another fun fact, the annual Cherry Blossom Festival is held here to make up for some Japanese cherry trees which were torn during the construction of the Jefferson Memorial. 

 

Day 2 – Washington Memorial

The famous Washington Memorial was built during the 19th century. Nowadays, it is regarded as one of the widest known obelisks on this planet. The 170 meters high structure symbolizes the power and military achievements of George Washington.

 

Day 3 – The White House

The White House, Washington DC


Take out that traveler’s map because what good is a trip to Washington without seeing the White House?


The White House is the residence of the President of the United States, and it has been since George Washington himself. Fun fact, George Washington himself selected the location.


Visitors can get guided tours to the place, though they need to plan ahead and book their place from 21 days to 6 months beforehand!

 

Day 4 – National Mall

The National Mall is a greenway that houses many of America’s most important places. You can find the US Capitol Building as well as the Reflecting Pool, Constitution Avenue and the Jefferson Memorial. 

 

Day 5 – Lincoln Memorial

The 16th president of the USA needs no introduction. President Abraham Lincoln can be seen as a mammoth statue at the appropriately named Lincoln Memorial. The place has been featured across many movies, cartoons, etc. Make sure to see it in person!
